Allah madaukaki mai hikima ne, kuma mai hikima ba ya yin wani aiki da wasa da babu hikima, saboda haka ne duk shi’a suka yi imani da cewa dukkan hukunce-hukunce suna kasancewa bisa maslaha ne, kuam a wasu wuraren an yi nuni da dalilin haramci a wasu ayoyi da ruwayoyin.
1- Allah madaukaki yana fada a littafin kur’ani mai girma cewa: kuma yana halatta musu dadada…, kuma haka nan hadisan suka zo daga ma’asumai suna karfafa cewa marenan tumaki/awaki suna daga dauda.
2- Imam Sadik (a.s) yana fada cewa: Ibrahim (a.s) an saukar masa da wani rago daga dutsen Sabir wani dutse ne a makka don ya yanka shi, sai iblis ya zo masa ya ce masa: ba ni nawa rabon na wannan ragon? Ya ce: wane rabo kake da shi, alhalin yana matsayin yanka ga ubangijina da fansa ga dana, sai Allah ya yi masa wahayi cewa yana da nasa rabon a ciki, su ne saifa domin shi ne matattarar jini, da marena domin su ne matattarar saduwa kuma magudanar maniyyi, sai Ibrahim (a.s) ya ba shi saifa da marna biyu.
Tun da cewa Allah madaukaki mai hikima ne[1] wanda babu kuma wani abu na wasa babu dalili[2] da yake faruwa daga mai hikima, don haka ne shi’a suke imani da cewa dukkan hukuncin Allah an shara’nta su ne bisa asasin gyara da kuma barna[3] ne, amma dangane da abin da ake tambaya a kai muna iya nuni zuwa ga misalai biyu daga dalilan wannan haramcin kamar haka:
1- Fadinsa madaukaki a kur’ani mai daraja cewa: “kuma yana halatta musu tsarkaka (dadada), kuma yana haramta musu munana (kazanta) [4].
Kuma bisa zahiri abin da ake nufi da munana a wannan ayar madaukakiya su ne abubuwan da suke da dauda da muni bisa hakika, kuma mai shari’a ya yi bayanin su, a ana nufin duk wani abu da dabi’ar mutum take gudun sa ba ne, domin dabi’ar mutum tana sabawa da sabawar zamani da wuri da yanayi[5].
Sai kuma abu na biyu da ya zo a ruwayoyi; Hakika hadisai sun zo daga ma’asumai (a.s) da suke nuna cewa marena suna daga dauda (kazanta mummuna) ne[6].
2- Saduk yana fada a babi na 357 daga littafin Ilalus shara’i’i game da sirrin haramcin saifa da marna cewa: daga Muhammad Bizandi, daga abana dan usman, ya ce: na ce da abu Abdullah imam Sadik (a.s) yaya kuwa saifa ta zama haram alhalin tana daga abin yanka? Sai ya ce: Hakika Ibrahim (a.s) an saukar masa da rago daga dutsen Sabir wani dutse ne a makka don ya yanka shi, sai iblis ya zo masa ya ce masa: ba ni nawa rabon na wannan ragon?
